At a Minimum or Is it worth an hour?

  Rating 3 7 Nice little combo gas station, Deli, Grocery.  Good place to stop from a cup of coffee.  The staff is friendly.   They have an assortment of breakfast pastries and sandwiches.    Downside. No public restrooms.  They do have some outdoor seating.

 3.7 Located in Hammond NY.  This little shop is a gem.  Hammond doesn't have many shopping or dining options.  Prices for general grocery and convenience store items are pretty typical.   It is easy to find a meal below minimum wage.  I ordered a half of Chicken Parm sub and was plenty. Toasted goodness, I didn't need a whole.

 Rating 4 Jodi's is another frequent favorite.  A big plus for me is they often have different soft serve flavors. It can get get crowded, so it's not uncommon to see cars spilling on to the highway.  They do do have some outdoor seating.  

 Rating 4.3 We had a great time here.  The prices were fair and the product was delicious.   Nice selection  plenty of outdoor seating   Lemon Lime Twist   Look at the size of that Strawberry.

 Rating 3.7 I thought it was about time to update my blog entry about Little Caesars. Turns out I had never made one, which is quite surprising considering the amount of Little Caesars pizza I've eaten over the years.  Little Caesars was once the home of the $5 pizza.  Those days are gone and I can certainly understand why.  It's hard to charge $5 when you are paying someone $12.50 to make.   Another plus is the hot and ready option.  They usually have pizza, crazy bread, and bread sticks  ready to go.    The basic cheese, sausage or pepperoni pizza is about $6.50.  The Pizza is reasonable for what you get. Cheesey bread, which is like a small white pizza is $5.    The Watertown restaurant doesn't have dine in.  That may be a result of Covid.  The never had much room, but they did have a few small tables.   Fun new option: February 2022 Batman Pizza The ends are stuffed with a cheesy filling.
