Attilio's Italian Restaurant, Clayton NY

Attilio's is located on Riverside Drive in beautiful Clayton, NY. It's possible to enter from the patio, but the restaurant can be crowded so it is a little easier to enter from the street side.
Proceeded to the patio to select a table. They do have a few tables inside the small restaurant, but unless the weather is awful, enjoy the patio.
They don't offer table service so head out and and enjoy the view while waiting for your order. Pizza and Salad seem to be the theme for the evening. I don't think I saw anyone ordering the chicken. Most of the people seemed very familiar and comfortable. From senior citizens to the very youngest diners we sense that all been here before and all planned to come again. The deck has the casual vibe of dinner at a friend's cottage.
Rating 4. Pizza is a little pricey but not outrageous considering the area. Please try to have all the items on your menu especially when it's a small menu.

Once inside place your order from the simple menu of Pizza, salad or chicken.
We knew exactly what we wanted. We ordered the Attilio's pizza and were told they were out of mushrooms. That also eliminated my second choice which was a pizza with mushrooms. I have never run a restaurant but it seems like mushrooms wouldn't be to hard to procure if you are located in a town with a grocery store. We chose a sausage pizza.

The pizza is very good, the view exceptional. It is definitely possible to eat here for less than $10.40. per person. The large pizza was big enough to share with leftovers. A trip to Attilio's is summer must.
