Decent option for a convenience store pizza. 







Nice little convenience store.  7-11 was having a special promotion on pizza, so we thought it would be a good time to try it.  Drove by one 7-11 without realizing it was a 7-11.  Went to the 7-11 I normally visit.  Yes, they were aware of the promotion, and no they were not participating.  The one and driven by earlier was participating and the one on Bradley was also participating. Bradley St. was the closer option at that point.

   I am very happy to see this place given a new life.  I suspect by the aging gas pumps it was once a general store.  But I could be wrong as it has been a restaurant for as long as I can remember. The ice cream stand is a welcome addition.    They have a good assortment of delicious Gifford Ice Cream.  We have supported the restaurant through the years and it's various iterations.  We plan to go back and try the real food.  It's just hard to drive by and not grab a quick cone.

Park Bros. Bagels and Coffee, Potsdam

   We were close to Potsdam so we decided to swing by the Bagelery and pick up some bagels to go.  I didn't realize it had new owners.  It wasn't bad, just different.  Fancier and more formal. I'd probably still  stop if I was going by, but wouldn't drive out of the way.
