 What a great little find. We just happened to be driving by while looking for a a place to have breakfast.  The parking lot was full, which seemed like a good sign.


 The restaurant looks like it might have been a house.  It definitely has a neighborhood vibe.

 Prices are fair 

 Eggs, toast and home fries without onions

 Dutch pancake and home fries with onions. A dutch pancake is a very large pancake stuffed with eggs, ham and cheese. Delicious!

   I am very happy to see this place given a new life.  I suspect by the aging gas pumps it was once a general store.  But I could be wrong as it has been a restaurant for as long as I can remember. The ice cream stand is a welcome addition.    They have a good assortment of delicious Gifford Ice Cream.  We have supported the restaurant through the years and it's various iterations.  We plan to go back and try the real food.  It's just hard to drive by and not grab a quick cone.

Park Bros. Bagels and Coffee, Potsdam

   We were close to Potsdam so we decided to swing by the Bagelery and pick up some bagels to go.  I didn't realize it had new owners.  It wasn't bad, just different.  Fancier and more formal. I'd probably still  stop if I was going by, but wouldn't drive out of the way.
